Your data when booking an appointment.
When booking, you enter the contact details needed for your appointment. Please use your own email address. Do not enter passwords, payment details or health information in free-text fields. Clearly labelled sample calendars use fictional details only.
How the technology works
Bookings are stored on ALL-INKL.COM hosting in Germany. The calendars have separate databases. Essential session and security cookies are used for booking within the relevant calendar path. No analytics or advertising services are integrated.
For appointment emails, your name, email address, service, appointment time and personal appointment link are stored as a protected delivery request. No messages are sent to @example.invalid addresses. Successful SMTP handover does not guarantee delivery. Bounces and delivery errors are checked; ambiguous SMTP outcomes are put on hold. Message contents in the delivery log are removed after 30 days; technical identifiers for successful events after 90 days. The existing booking journal and email mailbox have separate retention policies. To save an appointment in your own calendar, you can download a calendar file and import it yourself. This is a one-off import, not ongoing synchronisation. The guided help currently uses no external AI service and stores no conversation history. Questions in the dashboard are sent to the same server to be answered. The public help search filters locally as you type; when submitted, search terms appear in the URL and may be recorded in server logs. Please do not enter personal details in search fields. A support message is sent to support@terminking.com only after a separate preview and your click. It contains the reviewed text, the business identifier and the reply address from your user profile, with no automatically included conversation or booking history. Technical delivery receipts contain neither message text nor email addresses and are retained for no more than 30 days. The email itself remains in the support mailbox. A separate binding deletion policy for the support mailbox is still to be defined.
