Minimum term: twelve months. Cancellation notice: one month before the end of the contract year. The annual plan is payable yearly in advance.
Sign up during the campaign and retain €55 per month or €529 per year for your entire uninterrupted contract, including after the campaign ends. The one-time setup fee is €0.
New contracts after the campaign ends cost €69 monthly or €662 annually, plus a one-time €590 setup fee. The two 20% discounts apply successively: 36% before rounding down, not 40%.

No. “Free conversation” books a real 30-minute appointment with us for €0. It does not create a software contract. The separate “Consultation” service lasts 50 minutes and costs €90; it is not selected by default.
We initially focus on beauty studios and service businesses whose owners work directly with clients. Even a small team can manage services, people and working hours. We discuss special requirements in other industries together.
A browser on a phone, tablet or computer is sufficient for public booking. An account is not required for this starting point. Clients choose a service, person and time, then enter their contact details.
Yes. You can share a link to your booking calendar or embed it in your website. During setup, we discuss which option suits your site.
Yes, online booking does not depend on you being available by phone. Only times allowed by your saved rules are offered. Blocked holiday periods cannot be booked; clients can choose available times afterwards.
You define your services, their durations, your team and working hours. The calendar checks matching availability. Clients can choose “Anyone” or an available person. We help you set up these details.
Yes. Enter appointments arranged by phone or in person in the company calendar so those times are taken into account online. A voicemail greeting with the booking link can also direct callers to online booking.
The existing email process sends confirmation and a personal link to view, change or cancel the appointment. If the message is missing, clients should also check their spam folder and contact the relevant business if necessary.
First and last name identify the booking. The mobile number enables follow-up questions by phone. Confirmation and personal appointment links go to the email address. These four fields are therefore required.
Start by booking the free conversation. We then agree the scope and setup. Your services, people and working hours are configured and checked before you give clients your booking link.
We can plan this together in the conversation. We clarify which loyalty and partner features are released for your business and included in your agreed scope. Booking a conversation does not activate a paid add-on.
It provides an additional booking channel and can reduce scheduling by phone. The benefit depends on demand, your offering and how it is used, among other things. We do not promise to double or triple your revenue.
